You need to have a second user join the franchise and fire the OC (cannot be someone who will be managing a team as they will have the same problem.). You can then hire that OC and let the CPU generate a new one.I switched to another team and immediately back. In that time, 5 trades of top players (including a 91 Elu/87 Pow/79 Rec 3rd yr RB w/ 2 years left on contract) was completed by the computer. 2 90+ OL. Also released an 85 CB. 4 starting players all gone, got a few 2nd and 4th rd picks. I'm so livid. Madden needs to fix this glitch, pronto.
