It probably averaged about 23ms under load. The maximum was 70ms, but it seems to have been a single ping at some point during the battery of tests. The fast.com test gives a result of 11ms unloaded and 16ms loaded. It seems that the Waveform test is the only one that shows significant latency under load. Weird.
