I was a sub for 12 years. I became regular in 2019, this rrecs has given me the courage to finally write to connect to other carriers. I have so many questions myself. There is a time line posted for the implementation of Rrecs , it was in the rrecs MOU , and I am almost certain the first evaluations under the new system come out in July.
