Tivo flashing lights of death.

All lights rapidly flashing. My Tivo Roamio crashed this morning. Displays startup screen then after 2-3 minutes, all indicator lights begin rapidly flashing and remains this way. The flashing lights and reboot loop was caused by an cracked AC socket on the UPS powering the TiVo's causing frequent power dropouts. Try booting without the network, cable or any USB device connected.Was watching some content, audio continued to play but nothing on screen and blinking light. Since then been blinking ever since and pulling power does nothing. Can’t connect it to a Mac due to no port.
