We were thinking of staying a few days before the cruise starts. Surprisingly, all the hotels you have mentioned above, have given the rate for Dec 2022. Just after you exit the secure area for international arrivals there is a Starbucks to your right. Facing the Starbucks head to the right where there is an open area where they store the luggage carts. Behind all the carts is a HSBC ATM station with 4 ATMs inside. The first one we tried didn't have any cash but the second one did.Only use Banco de Nation for currency exchange when at Buenos Aires (EZE) airport.
