The Sevr 1.5 seems like an easy choice between the two. I elk hunt in CO and deer hunt in S. Texas. The last few years I have been using the Grim Reaper Pro Series 1 3/8" with no issues, but the Sevr looks interesting as well as the Rage Trypans.
