The other 4 blow the OG box out of the water. I will want to house rule something where we keep the locations mostly to the choosen villian. Consensus says First Class is the best, but for me personally, I just don’t see how that is possible. This movie has a just divine plot. I believe the Rogue Cut, simply adds Rogue and I think would be a better watch. I don’t think anything is removed. They’re basically the same. 2004 New X-Men isn't a sequel to the Morrison run. It just mixes that group of students with the New(-er) Mutants (the one with Surge, Prodigy, etc.), it's not "essential" but it's pretty similar in spirit to the (not so) New Mutants (the one with Dani Moonstar, Warlock, etc.) and Generation X (the Lobdell one) so it's worth reading, I think.
