If you really want it to stay at 30 fps you can always activate the frame limiter in Emulation > Configure... > General > Framerate Cap. 1.
i installed 60 fps mod to the legend of zelda breath of the wild 1.6.0. but fps don't gut up to 30-35. and video card are 500MHz of 2500MHz (rx 6800 oc) docked mode. ram 32 gb ddr4 3600MHz cl 18. fps are unlocked. cpu ryzen 5 5600x (oc 4GHz) Botw = 100000000 times better on cemu then yuzu, why is everyone trieng over yuzu, thats just dumb ….Make sure the game speed slider is set to 100%. 2. Using DynamicFPS 1.5.1 and visual patches for 1.1.2 from Chucks. It runs like a dream and the graphic mods are fantastic. The only meaningful way in which the Switch version of BOTW was better than the Wii U version was when it came to the native resolution that it rendered in. But that's a non issue in emulation since you can run CEMU BOTW at 8K if your GPU can handle it.

Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. That got alot more focus from modders to make it the ideal experience. Runs better too. Switch botw should only be played if u want to know what totk is gunna run like.Yuzu for the switch is a little different though and hasn't been around as long as Cemu. So it doesn't have as many tweaks/mod options. But I've seen people playing Tears of the Kingdom over 45 fps in yuzu on Ally.
